Whatever your reasons are ‘to have a go at’ yoga, it is honestly one of the best long term decisions you can make for your body and mind!  

I am a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Diploma Teacher, Level 4, 500 hours. I teach a slow paced Hatha Yoga with focus on having enough time getting in and out of the postures. Enough time for you to experience, feel and explore the postures and to find your breath. Slow is beautiful! And a much needed contrast to maintaining balance in an often hectic life.

My classes are aimed at beginners as well as more experienced students, who want to deepen their practice. The class size is small, with a maximum of 7 students.

Mondays      | 11.15am - 12.30pm   Slow Hatha Yoga

Wednesday |  9.30am - 10.45am     Yin/Restorative Yoga

Thursdays   | 11.15am - 12.30pm     Slow Hatha Yoga

The yoga room will be open from 9.15am on Wednesdays and 11.00am Mondays and Thursdays. I invite you to come early and settle in before the class starts.  Mats, blocks and other props are available, but feel free to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothes. Changing facility is available.
